As guests RSVP, your dashboard updates in real time. See who has responded, who is attending which event, meal choices, dietary requirements, and who still has not replied. When you are ready, export the full list to a spreadsheet.
The RSVP tracker
Open Guests from your dashboard to see the RSVP overview. At the top you will find summary counts for each event:
- Invited: total number of guests invited to that event
- Attending: guests who have confirmed they will come
- Not attending: guests who have declined
- Awaiting response: guests who have not yet RSVPd
Viewing individual responses
Click any household in your guest list to see each person's response. For guests who are attending, you will also see:
- Their meal choice (if you enabled meal selections)
- Any dietary requirements they entered
- Plus one details, if they added a guest
Filtering your list
Use the filters at the top of the guest list to narrow your view:
- Event: see only guests invited to a specific event
- Status: show only attending, not attending, or awaiting response guests
Exporting to a spreadsheet
Click Export at the top of the guest list to download a CSV file. The export includes household name, guest names, event, RSVP status, meal choice, and dietary requirements. Open the file in Excel, Google Sheets, or Numbers to share with your caterer or venue coordinator.
Chase non-responders
Filter your list to "Awaiting response" and use the guest details to follow up directly. Our Big Yes does not send automated reminders on your behalf, but the export makes it easy to see exactly who you need to contact.
