Your account holds your couple profile, login email, and site settings. You can update your names, wedding date, and email address from the account settings page at any time.
Signing in
Our Big Yes uses passwordless email login. To sign in:
- Go to app.ourbigyes.com
- Enter your registered email address and click Send code
- Open your email and copy the 6-digit one-time password
- Enter it on the verification screen to sign in
The code is valid for 10 minutes. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive within a minute or two.
Updating your couple profile
Your couple profile (the names displayed on your site and in communications) can be updated from Account settings. Open the account menu in the top-right corner of your dashboard and select Account settings.
From here you can update:
- Partner names as displayed on your site
- Your wedding date
- Your login email address
Important
Changing your email address updates the address used to send your login OTP. After saving, use the new email address to sign in. Make sure you have access to the new inbox before changing.Keep your email address up to date
Because Our Big Yes is passwordless, your email address is the only way to sign in. If you lose access to your registered email, contact us at hello@ourbigyes.com for help recovering your account.
