Publishing makes your wedding website live at your unique link so guests can view it, RSVP, and contribute to your registry. Publishing requires a one-time fee: R399 in South Africa, or $29 internationally. Once published, your site stays live and you can keep editing it at no extra cost.
Before you publish
Before publishing, make sure you have:
- Added your couple names, wedding date, and at least one event
- Chosen a theme that reflects your style
- Added your guests if you want RSVP to work immediately
- Connected a payment gateway if you have cash gift funds
You do not need everything to be perfect before publishing. Many couples publish early and refine the site as the wedding approaches.

Your site is live
As soon as payment is confirmed, your site goes live. Share your link with guests via WhatsApp, email, or on your physical invitations.
After publishing
Your site stays live and everything on it, your photos, guest lists, and registry, stays safe until three months after your wedding date. You can continue editing your story, adding events, updating your gallery, managing your guest list, and growing your registry at any time before then. Changes go live immediately. You can also download everything on your account at any time from the Download page in your settings.
Share your link in your invitations
Include your site link on your formal invitations and in your WhatsApp groups. A QR code linking to your site is a popular addition to printed stationery.
